Product Design & Validation

Our development process allows us to manage a variety of project sizes from relatively simple filter refills for devices such as CPAP / BPAP to multi-component filter assemblies requiring several manufacturing processes. We feel this gives us the flexibility and response crucial to meeting our customers’ requirements.

Taking an initial concept or specification we apply our knowledge of filter design, materials and appropriate manufacturing processes to create the best possible product.

Submission of prototypes for initial evaluation and testing can prove crucial in the early stages of any project.

Our in-house design team creates and controls all the necessary CAD and related design work for the product, test jigs and assembly fixtures.

Risk analysis forms part of an integral and continuous sub-process within our development program. During the initial stage of any project we assess the potential risks to the design and manufacture.

Using Internal and external test facilities to validate the final product design ensures our customer’s specification and expectations are fulfilled.

Any changes to the product or process requested either internally or externally are controlled through our change process, this includes informing our customers of any significant changes which could affect their products.

We work with and listen to our customers in order to develop and validate a cost effective filter solution.
